We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist (f/m/d) to join Siemens Finance company. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring our organization's adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Your expertise and meticulous approach to compliance will help us maintain our reputation for excellence, integrity, and ethical business practices.
You’ll create impact by:
Ensuring adequate framework of the Compliance processes especially in the field of Data Privacy, AML and Export Control
Defining and communicating country specific and Siemens internal guidelines and procedures to the business
Securing continuous knowledge transfer within your area of responsibility to the employees and to global Compliance organization and local Management
Fostering the development and implementation of practical solutions together with business to guarantee compliant Business success
Assessing Compliance Risks and supporting the development of the mitigation plans
Validating new products modifications and participating in various projects
Participating in the improvement of internal tools and processes
Performing the regulatory watch within the area of expertise and driving the implementation into operational processes
Your defining qualities:
Higher education in law, economics, finance or compliance
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a position related to at least one of the Compliance fields; experience in the Compliance or Legal department will be a plus
Good knowledge of regulations concerning Data Privacy and AML
Openness, curiosity and willingness to deepen knowledge and explore new areas
Proactiveness
High level of professional ethics, acting in accordance with accepted norms and principles
Proficiency in English and Polish, knowledge of German would be an additional asset
