Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Design, develop, deliver and update learning resources such as e-learning courses, software simulations, instructor/participant guides, job aids, video tutorials, instructor-led courses, webinars and on-demand content for internal and external audiences. Synthesize and translate technical information into clear, effective and engaging learning resources. Write technical documentation for internal and external users. Continuously review and revise learning resources to incorporate feedback and product updates. Produce resources using established templates, guidelines, and best practices. Manage multiple projects with frequent priority shifts, work with a high attention to accuracy and detail, and deliver resources that meet expectations and deadlines. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor degree, preferably in education, instructional design, communication, healthcare or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Five years of experience designing, developing and delivering a variety of learning resources, including e-learning courses. Experience using Adobe Captivate to create e-learning content such as interactive courses and software simulations. Ability to take initiative, work efficiently, and quickly adapt to changing needs and priorities. Ability to quickly learn new technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to translate technical information into clear, concise language. Experience with clinical research, healthcare, or technology training. Ability to fluently speak and write in English. Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications : Masters degree or certification in adult education, instructional design, e-learning, or related field. Familiarity with Verily Viewpoint Site CTMS (previously SignalPath). Familiarity with clinical protocols. Proficiency using Adobe Captivate. Experience using Asana project plans. Experience using Camtasia video/audio editing software, Cincopa, Pendo, and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
