Job Description:

Responsible for operating all on-site functions related to generator operation, maintenance, and repair in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company and/or client. Verifies time sheets and establishes work schedules for power generation department employees. Trains and evaluates subordinate employees, subcontractors, and/or labor broker personnel. Establishes and enforces company HSE and standards and injury preventive procedures.

May supervises a team of employees, subcontractor and/or labor broker personnel, in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
