Join us as a skilled CMM Programmer and Operator, where you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and precision of products. Your responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to program and operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). You\'ll continuously revise programs to maximize effectiveness and efficiency, driving improvements to the Quality Management System. Leading the identification and implementation of enhancements, you\'ll ensure that customer requirements are consistently met. Additionally, you\'ll provide crucial QA support to the bid and proposal process, reviewing customer-furnished engineering data and developing quality and inspection plans. With a keen eye for detail, you\'ll investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues, performing product-ability assessments for part or product designs. Requirements: {#spanstylecolorblackrequirementsspan}
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Four-year technical degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
  • Desired knowledge of customer and industry standards such as AS9100, statistical process control (SPC), FAA requirements, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with problem-solving techniques, including Statistical Quality Control/Statistical Process-Control
  • Five to ten years of technical experience, with at least two to three years in quality assurance
  • Three years of CMM programming experience in PC-DMIS
