Overview

As the Administrative Executive, you will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Marketing Function & specifically the Vice President Marketing focusing on areas of specialization - Events & Meeting management, Purchase Order processing, and any other administrative tasks assigned from time to time.

What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to VP, Marketing

  • Manage overall Marketing & specifically VP, Marketing event calendar

  • Support marketing functions creating and managing PO’s

  • Organize and manage end to end external/internal events across all functions

  • Provide logistical support to ensure smooth flow of events

  • Support on-boarding process of new employees in coordination with HR team

  • Simplify work processes without compromising on compliance

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Minimum three years of experience in general administration

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proven organizational and problem solving skills.

  • Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change in a fast paced environment

  • Proficient in Google suite of products (especially in Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs & Slides)
