We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership skills and the motivation to work in a faced-paced environment.

This position is located in Suwanee, GA. We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned department employees. Enforce company policies and rules. Responsible for the safety, security and leadership of all employees conducting operation activities within the facility.

• Ensures efficiency and productivity of inbound and outbound materials. Sets goals and priorities for the team to maintain accurate and timely task completion.

• Coordinates cross-functional activities with internal departments.

• Responsible for all orders shipping on time (same day), with proper packaging and labels.

• Verifies all shipping containers meet or exceed minimum Department of Transportation regulations.

• Resolves issues and advises management of problems.

• Assists in the creation and maintenance of standard work instructions. Identifies opportunities for long-term improvements.

• Lead department meetings and align employee efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years in related warehouse experience; 2 years in leadership position.

• Supervisory experience in a unionized environment, preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as effective listening skills.
