The global operations center analyst provides data analytics and access to the IGC solution. The analyst will serve as a data scientist, analyst and a customer support function to user of the system at the operations center. The analyst will have operational experience, supporting joint and service level transportation, deployment and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be a retired Military Officer or Senior Technicians that has deployed in support of global operations. The candidate has to be able to extract and utilize IGC data to inform, provide status, and predict movement of supplies, materials, people and other assets.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience and a bachelors degree

• Joint deployment experience

• SQL experience

• Business Intelligence tool experience to include IBM Cognos and SAP BoBJ

• Ability to develop custom reports using business intelligence tools

• Exceptional communication skills, ability to brief to senior military and executive leadership

• Strong analytic and problem solving skills

• Experience with all phases and steps of the Joint Operation Planning Process

• Train and provide knowledge transfer of IGC soltuon, existing reports and available data sets

• Secret clearance
