Your New Role

You will be working with the APAC Affiliate Sales team and providing day-to-day administrative support.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Approving internal memos.

  • Liaising with clients for contract signing and delivery.

  • Sending legal notice to affiliates for logo changes, landing license renewals.

  • Sending out monthly HBO/Turner blackout titles notice to affected affiliates.

  • Managing TW and SEA Purchase Order, Payment Request, Remittance documents.

  • Managing the monthly contract update with AP and AR teams

  • Liaising with affiliate headends/vendors and Singapore Operation team for trouble shooting on daily basis.

  • SEA decoders activations/deactivations/suspension and purchase.

  • China Hotels signal authorization/de-authorization.

  • IRD inventory control and liaison with vendors for repairing.

  • Notice to affiliates for maintenance works, Cue-Trigger time changes, Sun Outage timetables.

  • Filing and updating contract master list.

  • Collect affiliate subscribers reports.

  • Updating CNN sub reports tracker.

  • Sending out public holiday notice to all affiliates.

  • Monitoring of sales revenue and performance for China Hotels (Forecast summary).

  • Updating China Hotels monthly sub reports into property manager.

  • Tracking and following up with both internal and CTV on payment documents, invoice, withholding tax receipts.

  • Assisting the new finance team in India on any queries they have on the payment lists.

  • Sending monthly schedule and highlights to CTV and hotel distributors.

  • Providing operational support and point of contact assistance with CTV and hotel distributors.

  • Managing inventory list for premiums

  • Handle courier related matters.

  • On-ground support for GM of GC & SEA when he is in Singapore.

  • Supporting the affiliate sales team in industry events like APOS CEO dinner, AVIA Cocktails, etc.

  • Liaison with marketing team for affiliate marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience.

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.

  • High degree of attention to detail.

  • Data entry experience.

  • Working knowledge of general office equipment.

  • Good administration skills, and attention to detail.

  • The ability to work well with others, as well as independently.

  • Good sensitivity and understanding, with the ability to be flexible and open to change.

  • To be flexible and open to change.

  • Excellent communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
