CBRE is looking for a passionate & talented Creative intern (Design & Media) to join our dynamic Singapore Marketing & Communications team. This person will report to our Project Lead while working closely with the respective creative producers. This internship provides the delivery of high-quality design and video of CBRE’s brand, including, but not limited to, print, web, marketing campaigns, brochures, videos, and submissions. To focus on positioning a distinctive CBRE brand and our leadership position in the real estate services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation of design elements for marketing materials and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.

  • Edit and proofread a wide variety of content, including articles, RFPs, and press releases, ensuring that all content is accurate, engaging, and free of errors

  • Conduct SEO research to help shape our website capabilities, such as optimizing content for search engines, increasing organic traffic, and driving user engagement.

  • Complete other marketing and creative tasks as assigned.

  • Participate in the video production process, from storyboarding and concept development to editing and finalization.

  • Support in collateral design suites, pitch presentation slides, and QA/QC of content

  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to brainstorm new and creative content work.

Requirements

  • Must have existing work authorization to work in Singapore

  • Currently pursuing a local polytechnic diploma in preferably Mass Communications/ Design & Media or related field

  • Able to commit full time internship (5 days work weeks) from Aug to Oct 2024

  • Passion for design

  • Basic web knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of camera operation (DSLR)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint and Word)

  • Design and development: Implementation of layout in accordance with CBRE branding and design guidelines.

  • Fast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitude

  • A strong command of English and the ability to write well in various styles is a must. Those who can deliver a creative narrative will be strongly preferred.

  • An effective communicator in both verbal & written presentations

  • Prepare and maintain the relevant documentation on each project, e.g., job process, and file all documentation in a centralized filing system.
