APL Logistics Americas, Ltd Analyst, Operations in Shenzhen, China
This position has primary accountability for co-ordination of booking, shipment and documentation with vendors, carriers and warehouse as required to meeting Customers’ Logistics needs.
Communicate with vendors for production, booking and cargo delivery to meeting Customer’ ordering schedule.
Co-ordinate with carriers for shipment bookings/equipments to meeting vendors’ production schedule.
Communicate with customers for booking authorization, shipment plan and exceptions management to meet customers’ logistics needs.
Co-ordinate with TMS team for trucking arrangement to meeting vendors’ cargo delivery needs.
Co-ordinate with warehouse team for cargo receiving and container loading, Ensure the goods are received in good condition and loaded to container properly.
Co-ordinate with GSC team to print/release original HBL/FCR/VAT to local vendors.
Update booking/shipment information in system to provide information visibility to Customers
College or University;
0-2 years of related working experience;
PC Skills ( basic office application soft wear);
Learning Skills, Communication Skills, Self-study;
Language (Mandarin & English);
Willing to work overtime;
Knowledge about Trading & Transportation;
