Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Sharonville, Ohio. In this role, you will be part of a team, providing exceptional customer service over the phone, and using your knowledge of MS Office and Great Plains to efficiently handle and escalate customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers or technicians in a professional and courteous manner.

• Escalate calls to dispatchers when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Utilize MS Office tools to track and record customer interactions.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Practice excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience.

• Continuously improve customer service skills and industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

• Handle other tasks as assigned by the team supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Call Center Customer Service role

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

• Strong team player with a customer-focused attitude
