<p>This position will be based in our Shanghai office. All Shanghai based employees work in the office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office at least 4 days per week and have the option to work remotely 1 day per week.</p>

<p>Wayfair’s Global Financial Operations team is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Supplier Financial Operations team.The Supplier team is responsible for ticket management, billing, and cash collection for the international freight forwarding business, as well as direct customer service for our suppliers participating in these programs.</p>

<h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Act as the APAC regional escalation/business support team member as part of the Global Financial Operations function</li>

<li>Operate as a SPOC for all Asia based CGF teams&nbsp;</li>

<ul>

<li>Become fluent in the inner workings of our supplier services businesses, including their financial data flows</li>

<li>Ensure our suppliers and international supply chain customers are paying Wayfair accurately and on time</li>

<li>Deal with escalations or local language enquiries&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Review and Analysis of Global Metrics</li>

<li>Present Metrics/KPIs and performance with local stakeholders&nbsp;</li>

<li>Challenge the status quo of our current work streams and help to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains as we continue to scale</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Role Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or other related subject</li>

<li>2-5 years of relevant experience, logistics industry is preferred&nbsp;</li>

<li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills</li>

<li>Strong organization and planning skills (Project Management)</li>

<li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills</li>

<li>Managing, training and motivating team members</li>

<li>Meticulous attention to detail</li>

<li>Flexible and able to handle ad hoc issues that may arise, including quick prioritization decisions</li>

<li>Previous experience in supply chain and/or freight forwarding preferred</li>

<li>Previous SQL or GBQ experience preferred</li>

<li>Fluent English both written and verbal&nbsp;</li>
