SUPERVISES: None

REPORTS TO: F&B Supervisors, F&B Managers

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience or training in customer service, cleaning, and stocking.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain clean and organized self-service stations to promote guest satisfaction

• Ensure counters are wiped clean with no spills

• Maintain proper levels of cups, lids, condiments and napkins

• Restock items to replenish storage cabinets

• Ensure coffee is available at all times

• Coordinate with management on soda syrup lines when a change is needed

• Maintain cleanliness in team dining ensuring counters and beverage station are wiped down and food is stocked.

• Report any questions or concerns to management

Other:

• Able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
