Opportunity

BASIC FUNCTION

Under the direct supervision of the General Supervisor Fit, Test, Pack, Plant III, is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a group of associates to comply with the production program and the goals of this work area, as well as to facilitate them the means for the execution of their tasks.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Carries out the finished product tests to ensures shipped products fulfill the specified quality standards and shipments regulations

  2. Supervises the assembly of the components in the products.

  3. Supervises packaging and shipment of finished product.

  4. Follow-up weekly program production schedules.

  5. Collaborates with the quality control department to solve quality production problems.

  6. Elaborates daily reports, including output levels in the department.

  7. Participates in continuous improvement projects, aimed at enhancing quality of products

and safety in the area.

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

· Preference High school or Technical Degree.

EXPERIENCE:

· Preference 1 to 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment; particularly in a large plant and in a similar position.

FORMATION:

· Preference working knowledge of Microsoft windows based software applications.
