Overview: 
Dahill Office Technology Corp., A Xerox Company, is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support our San Antonio, TX Distribution Center. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution and basic set up of office equipment, supplies and various goods. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Mondays to Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM with occasional overtime.

What You Will Do: 
  • Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading / unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control. 
  • Leading by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed. 
  • Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system. 
  • Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures. 

What You Need to Succeed: 
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and conflict resolution 
  • Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods 
  • Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software 
  • Able to operate forklift and cherry picker equipment 
  • Bilingual Spanish and English 

Education and/or Experience: 
  • 3+ years of combined management experience in Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics 
  • Proven track record of managing at least ten warehouse employees 
  • Experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting 
  • Warehouse supervisor: 3 years Location: One location
