Our local Richmond-based client is seeking a payroll specialist to join their team. salary: $25 - $28 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Assisting with processing the company's payroll on a weekly basis.

• Processing payroll for 5,000+ employees

• Responsible for assisting in updating employee records

• Maintaining of other pay-related files and other payroll-related duties

• Pulling quarterly and year end reporting.

• Process short and long term disability payments.

• Work with HR in regards to employees statues, benefits deductions, ext.

• Being a point of contact for questions related to pay/benefits/ext

. • Assisting with other related projects.

• Perform audits on employee data.
