Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include, but are not limited to:

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes

• Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes

• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement

• Research product solutions for customers to sole issues

Our client is looking for the following qualifications for this position:

Related experience

Developed customer service, problem solving, and project management skills

Team oriented with a strong sense of drive and creativity

Proficient with word and excel

High school graduate

Pay for this position starts at $18.000/hr. - set rate.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
