Description:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in health related field, marketing or public relations. Will consider equivalent experience for the right candidate.

EXPERIENCE: At least 5-7 years in a role that involves sales, marketing, public relations, or similar activity in a

Health-related setting.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, outside providers, applicants and families in person and by phone assuring communication of established marketing messages.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Self- confident and with ability to participate in process improvement activities

  • Excellent computer skills including experience with word processing, spreadsheets and email. Must be able to efficiently and effectively navigate windows and web-based programs. CRM/Salesforce experiences a plus.

Responsible for the development of all sources of NEIGHBORHOOD PACE enrollee referrals through the cultivation of relationships with all internal/external organizations and individuals who are potential recurring sources of referring prospective participants. Requires strategy development and execution by means of a quarterly business development plan that links developments in the marketplace, enrollment pipeline analysis with the overall EBNHC Strategy and aligns and/or integrates with corporate marketing plans. This role is a primary source for requests of services from marketing and business development efforts which includes all actions associated with demand generation. Work with marketing and senior care program leadership to develop content for marketing campaigns.

Develop Business Development Strategy

  • Research industry and market trends utilizing internal and external resources

  • Strategize with Senior Director of Health Plan Operations to develop quarterly business development strategy

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to write and publish a Business Development Plan each quarter

  • Analyze leads for trends and assess enrollment results by campaigns and referrals to determine the success and sustainability of quarterly business development plan.

  • Utilizing data, trend, and market research, determine deployment of resources (human and capital) to reach targeted business development goals.

  • Execute business development plan by means of cultivating relationships with potential referring sources through meetings, events, site visits, presentations, etc.

  • Provide oversight and management of PACE marketing and outreach coordinators

  • Motivate and train PACE marketing and outreach coordinators to generate sufficient leads to meet monthly and annual enrollment goals.

Generate BD Opportunities

  • Research Organizations and media (online and newspapers etc.) and Visit organizations

  • Identify Key BD Opportunities (Organizations) and enter into salesforce -

  • Strategize with directors and managers to identify BD Opportunities

  • Finalize quarterly BD portfolio of opportunities and time phase

Execute Opportunity

  • Develop tactics for each currently executed BD opportunity

  • Weekly, strategize interdepartmentally when needed to execute tactics

  • Identify gaps in campaign schedule and brainstorm activities to enhance quarterly plans

  • Execute opportunity tactics

  • Refine tactics based on progress with target BD opportunities/organizations

Monitor Opportunity Results

  • Assess the value of each opportunities as Won or Loss based on anticipated impact on potential referrals or channels to future BD opportunities

  • Continuously reassess of the portfolio of opportunities and time phasing

Provide NEIGHBORHOOD PACE Intelligence Internally

  • Strategize NEIGHBORHOOD PACE concepts, messaging, value propositions, tag lines and marketing materials with Corporate Marketing

  • Provide content to marketing in the form of event participation, and language for all media

  • Identify (opportunistically ) and communicate opportunities for other EBNHC service lines

  • Serve as the NEIGHBORHOOD PACE subject matter expert for training or presentations in appropriate EBNHC forums

Measurable Performance Goals

  • Meet or exceeds monthly/quarterly/annual quota by working with the Senior Director of Health Plan Operations based on the agreed upon BD Plan.

  • Work closely with Senior Director to define departmental needs based on monthly, quarterly, annual quota.

  • Responsible for identifying when new team members are needed to meet/exceed quota.

  • Responsible for the hiring and training of all direct team members.

  • Ensure that team members have the tools and are held accountable to meet performance expectations (i.e. preparation, scheduling/set up and execution of events)

  • Ensure that data is appropriately entered into Salesforce or relevant BD system by the team members.
