ICON Clinical Research Clinical Supplies Specialist in Remote, Chile

The role :

This position will be involved in cell and gene therapy (CGT) supply logistics coordination and is responsible for all operational aspects of supply to global site locations, ensuring that all supply and miscellaneous supply orders are correct and delivered to investigator sites on time.

Further the role will be responsible for the set-up and implementation of protocol specific logistics, will monitor outbound and inbound shipments globally, following up on delays and other issues relevant to shipping activities in order to ensure client requirements are met, and will also carry out specific tasks relevant to the role as assigned by management.

You will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a scientific/medical discipline or equivalent experience.

  • An understanding and/or previous working experience in Pharmaceutical industry process with previous exposure to medical terminology and GCPs .

  • Familiarity with Windows-based computer applications (e.g., MS EXCEL and PowerPoint).

  • Very good organizational skills, fast-learner, attention to detail.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication in English is a MUST
