Administrative Assistant BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Admin Assistant opportunity in Redmond, WA. Position Title: Admin Assistant Location: Redmond, WA Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 1 Month (Potential Chances for extension) Job Type: Full time Contract Pay Range: $28 to $30 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Job Description: Title: Admin Assistant Location: Redmond, WA Duration: 1 Month (Potential chances for extension) Responsibilities: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 5 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, however a bachelors is preferred. * Disqualifiers: Candidates that jump quickly from one sector to another and who only have short-term roles will not be eligible for this role. * Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize, strong time management skills and strong communication skills. A well written resume is especially important, and the ability to outline their experience concisely. * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on feedback and their ability to support the team and calendaring. . Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 5 years' experience with calendaring. 2. Minimum 5 years' experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.). 3. Minimum 5 years' experience with supporting a large organization.
