Job Description

The opportunity

This position supports Global Wealth & Asset Management (GWAM) Technology – Operations Governance team. The role oversees the department’s asset inventory including application and security assets. Responsibilities involve data analysis including governance, compliance, reporting and reconciling data from various systems. The successful candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, a strong understanding of data analysis including the ability to mine data to a granular level, and excellent written and oral communication skills. In addition, the role requires the ability to influence other peoples’ efforts without direct reporting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team’s ServiceNow intake queue to ensure requests are accurate, complete, and adhere to defined GWAM Technology standards

  • Perform data reconciliation between various sources (LeanIX, ServiceNow/CMDB)

  • Solicit asset inventory and related information updates with IT Owners and squads across GWAM Technology

  • Investigate and collaborate with IT Owners to resolve asset inventory data inconsistencies

  • Support asset inventory audit activities related to data compliance and governance process

  • Research reporting and process improvement opportunities, conduct analysis, prepare recommendations, and facilitate efficiency enhancements

  • Provide ServiceNow CMDB and LeanIX training and support to GWAM Technology staff

  • Create and maintain documentation including training material

  • Work with Global Technology System Management (GTSM) teams to improve and test ServiceNow and LeanIX tool

  • Manage and support ad hoc assignments including reporting requests
