Medtronic Senior HR Shared Services Specialist in Prague, Czech Republic

This opening is a full-time position, you will be working at least 2 days from our Bogota office and partner with other members assigned to similar programs globally. Your technical skills will enable the system enhancement and help us shape the future to fulfil our Mission.

The Senior HR Shared Services Specialist is a member of GTLD (Global Talent & Leadership Development) Operations team and supports the core Talent Management processes within the Performance and Career Development (PCD), Org and Talent Planning (OTP) and Global Leadership Development programs: Goal Setting, Quarterly Check-in, Talent Review, Mid-Year Development and Performance Reviews. You would be enabled to support these business processes via Workday, to ensure employees, managers and HR are able to complete their requirements. Global Talent & Leadership Development Operations is a specialized team of HR experts, who operationalize and execute COE programs and processes to ensure the best experience for our employees.

A Day in the Life

• Act as a liaison between the Global Process Owners in GTLD (Global Talent & Leadership Development) and the Workday Solutions team to understand business rules to design enterprise-wide solutions in Workday and collaborate on performance and talent roadmap to design and configure system solutions. Leverage Workday Community.

• Consult with HR Customer Experience team to ensure that all Workday materials and functionality training guides are up to date. Provide process and system training to operational teams.

• Assist with creating and editing Annual PCD (Performance and Career Development) and OTP (Org and Talent Planning) process training, lessons learned discussions as well as analyse customer feedback via surveys.

• Act as Service Now SME for GTLD (Global Talent & Leadership Development) Operations on projects, testing, enhancements as needed with our Digital Enablement group.

• Partner, build and approve Workday reporting for talent management stakeholder needs.

• Identify issues and solutions by analysing process data (i.e., voice of customer feedback, AskHR case management, reports etc.).

• Provide ongoing ServiceNow case management and hyper care for PCD (Performance and Career Development) and OTP (Org and Talent Planning) annual process cycles. Propose recommendations and/or ideas for optimization to global process owners.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Project Management Experience

• Proven experience of Workday/HRIS configuration and/or Service Now reporting and UAT

• Continuous improvement and technology capabilities as well as strong data analysis skills (advanced Excel skillset)

• Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within HR function

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal advanced English communication skills, ability to represent business processes and analytical data to diverse audience

• Self-motivated, organized and process oriented
