This position reports into the Requisition to Pay Director and is based in Prague, Czechia.

What You Will Do
The R2P Communication & Training Lead is responsible for developing, owning and executing the R2P communication and training strategy globally to brand Requisition to Pay services, support driving R2P operations efficiency and elevate stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with global and regional operation leads, end-to-end support lead across R2P function to identify global / regional communication & training requirements (stakeholder groups, type, audience, content, format, language, etc.)
Develop and implement forward-thinking communications and training strategies that advance Requisition to Pay organization’s global strategic priorities on stakeholder engagement
Identify and create new workflows and processes to improve communication within R2P organizations and among R2P stakeholders
Own the on-going execution of global communication & training among stakeholder groups to drive the engagement
Support regional communication & training resources to include elements of region / country nuances and drive the regional communication & training execution.
Lead the cross-functional relationships internally to achieve internal and external communications goals, including Procurement, Finance, etc.
Produce high-quality written materials including key messages, Q&A and statements.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
3 years and above working experience in Procurement or Finance, preferably with experience of training & communication area
Experience in developing and delivering messaging/content for internal and external communications through multiple channels
Demonstrated ability to adapt and tailor communications appropriately to specific audiences and channels whist ensuring messages remain consistent
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communications skills in English, storytelling ability in passion and words.
Solid communication skills with proven experience of delivering strong results, including experience of integration and transition projects.
Being comfortable speaking to both senior level managers and individual contributors about value, easily switching between high-level and feature/benefit conversations.
Able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
A people person with resilience. Interest in working in large multi-stakeholder organization.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations , English Literature, Human Resources, Phycology or a related field and three or more years communications experience.
Strong preference will be given for multi-lingual speakers including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, etc.
