Grundfos Social Media Marketing Specialist, DBS in Pasig City, Philippines

Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig City

Be part of a regional Marketing Team in Europe or APAC as a Social Media Marketing Specialist within the Domestic Building Services division!

What is the Job all about?

The Social Media Specialist will collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Team, Group Marketing and Content Developers to devise and execute B2B or B2C social media strategies, ensuring brand consistency and tailored engagement with professional audiences across the region, while responding to local business trends and content preferences.

The Social Media Specialist ensures that the social media activities meet or exceed the set goals and targets, with the resources allocated.

You will be directly reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager in APAC or Europe supported by a local Team Lead, and to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Content Collaboration - Work closely with Content Developers to adapt relevant and impactful content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand voice. This includes creating, editing and optimising media files such as pictures and videos. Approve content for social media distribution.

  • Localisation – Initiating, coordinating and handling translations for the assigned countries. Securing the best possible quality by working in close collaboration with local marketing.

  • Analytics and Reporting - Monitor, review, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future strategies. Adjust campaigns based on performance data to improve outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with key internal stakeholders, including Group Marketing and regional teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment. Represent the social media team in cross-departmental collaborations.

  • Market Research - Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of the B2B or B2C audience in Europe or Asia Pacific region

  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with IT, campaign driver team, and local marketing to ensure automation tools are integrated and aligned with overall business processes. Initiate and lead cross-functional projects related to Social Media.

Your background:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite)

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and management tools

  • Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) for reporting and insights. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or other equivalent tools) for content creation & film editing

  • Comprehensive understanding of cultural nuances and global market trends is beneficial but not mandatory

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a focus on B2B or B2C marketing

  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
