Teradyne Global Event Support Specialist - 1 year Maternity Cover in Odense, Denmark

As we expand our global footprint, we seek a proactive and detail-oriented Global Event Support Specialist for a maternity cover to enhance our dynamic events team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute major global exhibitions such as CIIF, IMTS, automatica, and iRex. Collaborate closely with regional teams and internal stakeholders to deliver awesome event experiences

  • Support to Global Event Manager: Assist in a range of projects including developer conferences, creating global event concepts, and co-exhibiting initiatives like UR-MIR

  • Data Collection and Reporting: Gather essential data, prepare comprehensive post-event reports, and develop presentations to inform strategy and decision-making

  • Event Planning Foundations: Contribute to the development and upkeep of event planning tools, including best practices for booth design and management of event inventories

  • General Support and Help Desk: Provide consistent support to regional teams and manage coordination of event-related help desk inquiries

    We are looking for proven experience in event planning and management, especially with large-scale international events, strong organizational and project management skills and also ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as the role requires adeptness in working with diverse teams.

    Additionally, we will welcome proficiency in data analysis and report generation, creative problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. A willingness to travel internationally to various event locations is also required.
