Trách nhiệm

• Hỗ trợ các công việc bảo trì và thao tác kỹ thuật hàng ngày liên quan đến hệ thống chất lượng của nhà máy.

• Hỗ trợ cấp quản lý nhà máy đối với các hoạt động thay đổi liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm.

• Hỗ trợ việc đào tạo về chất lượng sản phẩm của nhà máy liên quan đến các yêu cầu quan trọng của hệ thống chất lượng để đáp ứng yêu cầu về an toàn sản phẩm và yêu cầu của khách hàng cũng như sử dụng các công cụ và quy trình hỗ trợ để đạt được các mục tiêu về chất lượng của nhà máy và công ty.

• Giám sát hiệu quả của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của nhà máy. Hỗ trợ các cơ hội cải tiến chiến lược.

• Hỗ trợ để giải quyết vấn đề về chất lượng sản phẩm thông qua việc thực hiện khai thác dữ liệu, điều tra truy xuất nguồn gốc và đánh giá hàng loạt

• Đảm bảo rằng sản phẩm bị trả lại và sản phẩm không phù hợp được quản lý phù hợp để ngăn chặn việc sử dụng ngoài ý muốn, bao gồm cả việc xử lý.

• Đảm bảo các hệ thống, quy trình và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật vận hành của nhà máy được cải thiện và tối ưu hóa để đáp ứng các yêu cầu về hệ thống chất lượng của nhà máy và công ty, nếu phù hợp.

• Tổ chức các đợt kiểm tra về chất lượng sản phẩm, phối hợp với các bộ phận bán hàng và các bộ phận chức năng khác.

Kinh nghiệm

• Bằng cấp (Bằng liên kết) trong lĩnh vực Khoa học, Công nghệ, Kỹ thuật hoặc Toán học (STEM) và kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các nhà máy sản xuất hoặc kinh nghiệm liên quan khác.

About you and this role

Dow has an exciting opportunity of Associate Analytical Technician in Nhon Trach, Vietnam. This role is accountable for executing a defined set of business, site and plant/department quality tasks and activities, as defined in established procedures, to enable the business to profitably meet customer and product regulatory requirements related to the quality management system.

Helping promote a customer-focused culture within a plant and enhances the front-line knowledge and accountability for quality. This role requires established basic technical skills to perform a range of routine work activities using existing processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Supports routine day-to-day implementation and maintenance tasks related to the plant quality system.

• Supports plant-level management of change activities related to product quality.

• Supports plant quality training related to key quality system requirements to meet customer and product regulatory needs as well as the use of supporting tools and processes to achieve plant and business quality goals.

• Monitors effectiveness of the plant's quality management system. Supports strategic improvement opportunities.

• Supports product quality problem solving efforts through execution of data mining, traceability investigations and batch reviews.

• Ensures that product returns and non-conforming product are appropriately managed to prevent unintended use, including disposition.

• Ensures plant Operating Discipline systems, procedures and guidelines are improved and optimized to meet plant and business quality system requirements, as appropriate.

• Hosts customer and other quality related external audits, in cooperation with commercial and other functions.

Qualifications

• Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (i.e. Associate’s Degree) in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) field plus manufacturing or other related experience.
