Accurately process routine bank transactions including but not limited to check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, account transfers and loan payments. Maintain and balance working cash supply. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bank products and make appropriate referrals to other departments. Look for opportunities to suggest bank products. Complete all training within predetermined time limits. Adhere to all bank regulatory, audit, and compliance policies and procedures. Maintain accurate balancing record in accordance with teller performance policy. Retail sales experience required, with cross-selling experience preferred. Display professional dress and demeanor. Personal computer proficiency. Cash handling experience preferred. Typically employee may sit to perform work; however, there may be some standing, walking, bending & lifting 5-10 lbs. Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally-controlled conditions. Excellent oral communications, customer service and sales skills. Knowledge of (or ability to learn) the bank's operations, policies and procedures. |
