What will you do as a Operations Analyst Air?

As a Operations Analyst Air you will Support import coordinator to handle import PO , work closely with the broker on the custom clearance and import application.

Main tasks:

• Follow urgent shipment and arrange the priority. Shorten transportation lead time.

• Applies for the pre-inspection certificate, Customs duty exemption.

• Prepare all needed import and documents. Communicate the shipping information with customers to ensure the goods arrive on time

• Build a dynamic knowledge of company products and services.

• Build rapport with internal customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.

• Provide track and trace updates for the shipments.

• Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve customerspecific freight issues.

• Constant communication with Freight Forwarders to ensure the material supply on time delivery.

• Monitor transit time and service level agreements

• Work with customs broker to ensure timely import process

• Communicate urgent supply requirements

What do you need to succeed as a Operations Analyst Air?

• University degree

• 2-3 years of experience in international freight for air, ocean, over the road, and parcel modes.

• 2-3 years of experience with dangerous goods shipping regulations.

• Knowledge of Customs Regulations and Incoterms 2010.

• 2-3 years ’experience in import/export compliance and documentation for Hazmat Material & freight forwarder

• Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.

• Strong time-management with an ability to prioritize

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
