TEKsystems Sales Coodinator in Memphis, Tennessee

Description:

The Sales Coordinator for contracts provides the sales team with timely and effective administrative support and coordinates activities where needed. This person will receive sales that don't flow over into the system automatically, and will manually enter into system. Will processes data, generate routine reports, and performs data entry regarding contract sales within Microsoft Excel. The person in this role has regular contact with inside sales team. They will work through contracts to ensure all required info is obtained, and if not, will work to send contracts out to be signed via Adobe.

● Enter accurate Sales Contracts into Pest Pac on a daily basis.

● Handle Adobe and Sales Exec

● Able to lead and onboard accounts effectively.

● Assist with updating changes into the sales systems.

● Manage alerts from Sales.

● Able to follow company policies, practices, and procedures.

● Maintain positive working relationships with Sales Representatives.

● Communicate with the Sales department, Specialists, Office Administrative Assistants, and district management during the reconciling process.

● Able to communicate with all levels of management effectively and professionally.

● Work successfully within a team environment.

● Able to adapt to change quickly and enforce the changes to the field.

● Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

● Capable of managing and controlling own time and work flow as appropriate.

● Complete general office duties as required.

● Maintain knowledge of the company’s computer systems.

● Be punctual for scheduled arrival, departure, and break times.

High School Diploma or GED

1+ year of sales entry

Adobe Knowledge
