Robert Half is partnering with growing company offering business solutions to their customers, and we are looking for several Customer Service Agents to help support on lead generation.

MUST be able to provide your own equipment.

Details:

Located: (100% REMOTE)

Contract for 3 months, with opportunity to go permanent after 3 months!

Pay: $15/hr

1 hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks

Hours 9am- 6pm MST / Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS!)

Responsibilities:

1 week of mandatory training (cannot miss any time during 1st week)

High Volume call center, outbound dials and scripted calls to insurance and mortgage companies (bulk customers)

300 + calls a day

Laptop / desktop, headset, and Ethernet cable for wired connection

Strong Wi-Fi connection (cannot work off Wi-Fi alone, must have Ethernet connection)

MUST be able to pass BACKGROUND and DRUG SCREEN + Internet connectivity test
