Responsible for implementing effective programs to reduce the occurrence of non-conforming product. Methodically analyzing deviation events and potential risks within our defense line structure, brainstorming solutions in a cross functional setting, and implementing systemic improvements. Drive systemic actions for improving GDMS effectiveness and efficiency. Maintain Train, and Improve Problem Solving Facilitators skill set for the site. Recommend, Scope, and Guide Quality Strategy to Reduce Deviation Impact to Supply Chain Site. Drive site and department wide projects to improve systemic root causes. Identify or create tools for problem solving to aid areas in risk reduction. Publish and maintain PQA metric status, projections, and goals for the site. Tactical support in guiding areas through the GDMS process. Support Site scrap and CQDR Coordinators. Maximizes yield by working on tools, the process, or wafer fabrication recipes. Troubleshoots wafer fabrication problems and performs root cause analysis. Work with other process areas to understand and control process deviations. Provide longterm investigation of defect issues may require extensive work with shift engineering and other functional areas. Evaluate products to ensure they meet the required design and performance specifications. Conduct research to assess process adjustment requirements and recommend process improvements or equipment changes needed to efficiently manufacture new product or part types.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or related technical field.
