We are seeking an innovative and analytical Sr. Operations Quality Program Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Quality team to define and manage metrics, and streamline Quality Audit (QA) processes. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

This Sr. Program Manager will be joining a team of people who audit the content review completed by T&S Operations team and own compliance quality. We are looking for a data-driven, process oriented Program Manager who will work closely with other managers within Quality team, Operations, T&S Program, Product, Legal, and leadership to build and monitor core accuracy metrics, and drive QA process automation.

Key job responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about data, have a track record of metrics implementation, simplifying processes, relationship management, and approach problems with data-driven decision making.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

London, GBR

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience supporting operations/programs and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.

  • Experience in working cross-functionally and cross-regions.

  • Experience building key metrics to drive program strategy.

  • Experience in quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvement ideas using Kaizen or similar mechanisms

  • Six Sigma certification or experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience with digital video streaming

  • Demonstrate critical and analytical thinking; Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.

  • Demonstrate bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
