AFSVision Operations Transformation Manager The AFSVision Operations Transformation Lead is responsible for driving the transformation and design associated with all functions across Commercial loan servicing. Specifically, this includes capture of business requirements across all stakeholder groups, process design, operational readiness, implementation readiness and post implementation operations stabilization. The leader will resolve identified risks and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure the program delivers the business strategic objectives. This leader will serve as an expert in conversions to AFSVision, have in depth knowledge of the functions within Commercial Servicing as well as those business capabilities that comprise an industry leading commercial loan servicing organization including (loan closing, booking, member bank communications/noticing, deal balancing/reconcilement, monetary processing, account servicing functions, collateral management, document and image management, data management, etc). Position Responsibilities: Program Planning/ Execution * Provide expert leadership and oversight in the Operations execution of the Commercial Loan Servicing modernization program. * Work effectively with internal users, external third parties. * Build and execute effective Operational readiness plan for 2100 + users impacted by the program. * Serve as primary point of contact/lead for all Operational efforts related to the program. * Work effectively with technology organization to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable and achievable within budget and timeline. * Managing complex multi-function delivery relationships with executive leadership, establish relationships of trust with management and colleagues; and driving consensus across the organization on difficult topics. * Proactively manage program risks and risk mitigation plans. Business Process Design Lead * Ensure transformative business requirements are developed and future state processes designed to meet business benefits and transformational goals. * Ensure business processes meet future state risk management and control environment expectations. Financial and Resource Management * Manage program resources to ensure delivery of outcomes on time and within budget. Stakeholder Management * Interact and liaise with senior leaders across the bank in the commercial bank, wealth, retail/small business, technology, enterprise risk management, internal auditing, payments, treasury, finance/accounting and other teams. * Ensure program needs are understood and considered in future state design. Work with partners on pre-implementation requirements. Human Resources * Select, motivate, and retain high performing talent, cultivating a spirit of teamwork with shared goals and objectives. * Foster a culture of process improvement and innovation. Responsible for performance management of direct reports.

Position Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree from accredited University * 10 or more years of experience in Operations Transformation with specific expertise in Commercial Loan operations * 5 years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations leadership. Experience managing multiple related projects together as a program * 4 years of experience in leading a Commercial Operation through an AFSVision implementation from business requirements, process design, testing, training, procedure development and post implementation support. Livonia Operations Center 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday (This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager.)
