Mechanical Assembly Lead

Looking for an experienced assembler with lead experience. Must be able to read blueprints.

Description:

This lead will be working in a heavy assembly area, leading a team of 5-10/ They will be responsible for tracking production times and maintaining production speeds. You will NOT be responsible for hiring/firing but will work closely with the supervisor and manager to assist with maintaining expectations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must haves

• 3 years of mechanical assembly experience

• 3 years of leadership experience

• Must be able to pass a math test

Benefits:

Shift: 1st shift - 5am -1:30pm - will work until 3:30 for OT
