  • 指导所有工地相关的工作。为工地员工定立目标,监督员工的工作表现,以确保工程进度良好。

  • 解答客户问题,处理投诉。与客户维持良好的关系。

  • 与建筑师、业主、物业管理顾问、建筑管理顾问等建立并维持良好的工作关系,以提升产品和服务质素。

  • 与各部门保持良好的沟通,以确保工程能顺利进行,并且符合公司的品质规格及标准。

  • 制定服务策略、设立行动计划,从而达到公司的目标。

  • 评估和审视工地现场操作系统,以确保系统能有效地进行日常维护、一般维修和设备更新等工作,并满足客户要求和符合公司标准。

  • 负责工地现场检查,以确保工地安全符合政府法规及公司标准。

定期了解本地及公司法规以及技术发展,向相关员工提供培训以便传授知识。

  • 实施公司环境、健康与安全 (EH&S) 政策、WWJSSS,以确保所有安全指引有实行。
