Officer, Supply Chain Operation

Role Overview :

This role is responsible for managing purchasing and logistics operation for warehouse and Otis Far East. The detailed scopes of work include working with the warehouse to replenish materials and monitor the components procured in a right quantity, at the right quality & in the right time. Also, the staff will handle logistics operation such as import declaration, working with logistics service provider for full set of logistics documents, etc. Other job scopes include vendor performance evaluation, operational compliance and data analysis for improving daily supply chain operation, etc.

On a typical day you will:

• Handle the entire supply chain operation including purchasing orders and full set of logistics documents

• Ensure the accuracy of the information in operation systems

• Liaise with supplier for on-time delivery and internal parties to cope with logistics arrangements

• Involve in supplier quality assessment, internal control, and other operational compliances

• Perform data analysis for supply chain operational improvement

• Participate in Supply Chain duties as assigned

What You Will Need to be Successful :

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

• At least 2 years’ experience on supply chain aspects

• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese

• Good communication, organizational and analytical skills self-motivated

• Proficiency in MS Office. Familiar with Oracle system is preferred

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced. Possess can do attitude and accept new challenges

• Immediate available is preferred
