* Key Accountabilities/Duties*

  • Assist to meet global technology project (application systems) implementation timeline

  • Support service delivery initiatives such as data migration, data analysis, user acceptance testing & training

  • Maintain training materials post system go live and act as trainer to train the business teams

  • Keep track of customer migration schedule and activities globally

  • Help to deliver change management activities to enable business transformation

  • Provide ongoing support and manage issues after application system go live

Qualifications

Job Requirement

  • University Degree with minimum 5 – 7 years working experience in the logistics environment with track record in implementing projects

  • Knowledge and experience in logistics management, warehousing and distribution or other supply chain-related services

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including skills in spoken and written communications

  • Customer oriented with ability to build relationships and interact effectively at various levels

  • Experience in leading quality and productivity improvement programmes is preferred

  • Ability to effectively & efficiently adopt/adapt information technology and logistics solutions as an enabler in operations processes is a plus
