WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• This function is accountable for adequate reporting to local and international management and financial planning for AVN.

• Act as a Business Partner with AVN Managers to create financial plans and LBE’s and to report on financial performance.

• Communicate with different parties such as the commercial organization and Shared Services (HUB, IFO, Genpact) to reach the desired results.

• Support departments on site to manage the fixed assets procedures, including the CAPEX structure, and assure the application of the depreciation rules.

• Provide advice, information and financial expertise to the organization

• Maintain, update and improve financial processes & tools

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Higher Professional Education degree in Business Administration/ Finance or Accounting.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial position.

• Experience in International Finance is preferred.

• Expert in Excel, preferably with macro and programming knowledge.

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Business Objects is preferred.

• Fluent in English, proficient in Dutch

• Good collaboration and communication skills

• Eager to learn new skills and develop your competences

• Getting a kick out of being very precise and out of performing in a hectic situation
