AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPERFORMANCE MEASURES (QUANTITATIVE / QUALITATIVE)

1Replenishment Planning

• Drive & monitor replenishment planning tool adherence for dispatch planning, and dashboard publication

• Replenishment Planning: To ensure high Service Levels and minimization of OOS at Customer point through the use of the tool and suggest changes depending on RTM change.

• Drive structural initiatives for OOS reduction and improved inventory health

• Lead & own BII/BIO import execution for all states

• Provide data support for generation of weekly S&OP dashboards

2Effective Partnering

• Drive daily E1: control tower through participation, relevant actions and follow up with all stakeholders (units, promoters, logistics, sales)

• Liaison with sales to monitor and drive reduction in customer FG SLOB

• Lead, coach & manage performance review for replenishment tool operators
