Job Summary: Manages resources for multiple projects, responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution ofclient deliverables and consulting with clients on Workday projects. Drives the development ofsolutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or large clients. Has exposure tomany large, complex, global clients. Leads the most complex Large Enterprise implementations(CDS)/projects and leads portions of client sales meetings as Subject Matter Expert/Advisor. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading one or more areas of the largest and most complex projects and/ormultiple concurrent projects potentially over longer periods of duration. Responsible for managing all stages of the project for the client, from planning and designphases through testing and deployment.Responsible for coordinating the work of others, regardless of people managementresponsibilities. Managing project FTE, scope, budget, quality, and timeline. Motivatescolleagues to think outside of the box and bring ideas to fruition. Understands agendas and others' perspectives, recognizing and effectively balancing theinterests and needs of one's own group with those of the broader organization. Develops processes and methodology within and across HCM/FINs. Provides a proactive interface between the external clients and the internal staff to ensureeffective coordination and delivery of Workday projects. Able to identify and consult to touch points, dependencies, and integration aspects across andwithin Workday to provide a complete solution. Champions a Workday product area within and outside of the team. Responsible for client delivery and project satisfaction related to domain area. Integrates with other areas across Alight and functions to provide a complete solution. Accountable for one or more areas of large, complex clients. Ability to understand andarticulate the strategic value of integrated HCM and/or FINs processes with a strong businessacumen. Leads substantive internal initiatives across domain or practice, and owns/maintains substantiveportions of internal content and/or methodology. Significantly contributes and leads individual and colleague efforts to develop internal resourcesvia mentoring, coaching, and directing work. Visibility as an expert within the Workday ecosystem product groups/chats. Leads portions of client sales meetings. Participates in client proposal development acrossmultiple proposals. Creates work estimates and solutions for small to large bodies of work.
