Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good math and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work where and when needed in the plant.
  • Work in a cold environment going in and out of the freezer for inventory and completing rework.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Complete cycle counts in all areas of the plant.
  • Verify pallet balance report to match actual.
  • Obtain hand jack license/forklift license.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds without assistance.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management member.

     

Job Requirements:

 

  • No prior experience necessary
  • High School Diploma is NOT required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

     

Physical & Environmental Factors:

 

  • Repetitive hand motions, reaching, and lifting.
  • Stand and walk on concrete majority of shift.
  • Frequently stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, bend and lift various weights as needed
  • Occasionally climb ladders, steep inclines, and enter confined spaces
  • Exposure to cold, humid environments.
  • Exposure to noise levels greater than 85 decibels.
  • Exposure to strong odors, including ammonia.
  • Exposure to slippery and wet conditions.
