Business Job Title: Import / Export Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with third Party Warehouse Providers.

• Facilitate the movement of shipments to our customers.

• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met, including general housekeeping.

• We work to performance rated targets and Key Performance Indicators.

• We provide Transport, logistics support, and tracking.

• Ensuring accurate import and export documentation

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.

• Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills

• Export knowledge and previous experience beneficial.

• Warehouse and Logistics experience beneficial.

• Positive demeanor and adaptable to change

• Previous experience in Oracle MRP system

• Able to use and understand all Microsoft Office tools
