Solix Administrator Req number: R2250 Employment type: Full time Worksite flexibility: Remote Job Summary As Solix Adminstrator, you will be the SME for Supporting the System Adminstratrion for Solix 3.0 Job Description We are looking for a Solix Administrator. This position will be full-time and remote. This is a 12 month assignment with possible extension. What You'll Do * Support to execute the application retirement and archival strategy * Perform regular status reviews to report on retirement and archival initiatives * Partner with Business SME's to drive the accurate completion of reporting requirements and information lifecycle specifications * Provide business consultation with clear expectations * Support to enhance the application retirement and archival processes including the development of support process materials * Support Business Users to triage and assess escalations for archival issues * Support access to systems used in the archival process * Facilitate end to end testing processes between the Archival Solution Partners and the Business SME's * Drive the configuration accuracy of retention policies in the archival solution * Work closely with the PM to ensure successful completion of project deliverables * Continuously drive excellence in the areas of optimizing services and work processes, improving quality and reliability and lowering total costs * Define and implement effective and efficient support models and processes * Support as the System Administrator for Solix 3.0 What You'll Need * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience * Experienced Business Reporting Requirements Gathering is required * Strong oral and written communication skills * Experienced Solix 3.0 CDP System Administrator * Continuous improvement mindset with strong analysis and problem-solving skills * Passion for collaboration and driving work process efficiency is required * Proficient in MS Office suite of tools * Application Lifecycle knowledge and archival experience is desired * Ability to speak Spanish, is highly desired * Strong vendor relationship and product management skills * Understanding of SQL and complex databases, is highly desired * Strong presentation skills and ability to lead Solix Business User workshops Physical Demands * Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards * Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. * Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 - 8111.
