Newegg Inc. Specialist, Business Support in City of Industry, California

  • Support daily merchandising preparation for the US Purchasing product management department on Newegg.com, which includes Entering product data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for updating the info onto the Newegg internal system. * Support and keep track of all vendor funding support entry accuracy, tracking program accruals, responsible of POS report management to ensure invoices are billed in timely manner. Assist the team on inventory control, pricing updating, promotion submission, generating reports, etc. * Conduct research and basic analysis on North America's e-commerce websites, collect data and research on competitors’ websites, and monitor price, forecast market trend, and strategy to respond in a timely manner. * Review inventory reports and assist oversee inventory ratio, aging items and properly balanced inventories. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. * You possess a high school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent. * Associate degree preferred but not required * You have 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training. * Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM * Preferred working in the procurement, supply chain, and/or manufacturing-related field, and has experience in cost structure and margin calculation but not required. * Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of management and external clients. Bilingual Mandarin is highly preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Self-directed, fast learner, and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment. * Strong reasoning and decision-making skills with the ability to deal with multiple tasks. * Preferred with computer hardware and components knowledge.
