1. Job Summary

This position provides professional and effective HR support to the business which include recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations

2. Scope and Accountability

Recruitment &Staffing

 1) Support recruiter to manage HC

 2) Support recruiter on hiring

 3) Participate in Internship program

 4) Conduct probation evaluation process

 5) Conduct transfer, relocation, promotion etc. staff change in compliance with HR policy or process.

 6) HR related System data entry and maintenance

 7) Handle ad hoc tasks as required by superior.

Training& ER

 1) Provide orientation training for new staff

 2) Organize related HR training and workshop accordingly

 3) Facilitate registered training course or program rolling out

 4) Act as role of a bridge between company and staff, timely response to questions from employees

 5) Conduct contract termination negotiation

 6) Organize and implement employee activities

 7) Handle and follow up labour disputes

 8) Manage labour contract and renewal

 9) Conduct and facilitate rewards related program

 10) Handle and assist labor audit both internal and external

 11) Conduct exit interview and provide analysis report

 12) Conduct engagement survey,surevy analysis and coordinate roundtable meeting

 13) Updating employee handbook

Performance Management

 1) Briefing or training PMP process/policy to business to ensure business fully understanding and execution.

 2) Monitor and implement performance management related activities in compliance with PMP process and requirement.

 3) Review performance implementation details and provide expert advice to business in the processing.


1. Education

1) Bachelor or above

2. Experiences

1) At least 5-7year HR solid professional experiences

2) HR general function or business partner experiences is required

3) Logistics or manufacturing industry is preferable

4) C&B background is preferable

3. Competency

1) Result, details, timeline oriented

2) Strong execution skills

3) Proficient in labour law and local regulations

4) PC Skills

5) Good at interpersonal, communication skills

6) Good analytical skills

7) Good command of English
