Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility : Develop data analytics for liquidity risk management, internal risk management, collateral management and resolution & recovery. Maintain strong risk and security compliance for the application portfolio. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Drive projects and act as an escalation point to less experienced staff. Telecommuting is permitted up to 3 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications : Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

• 4 years of Tableau experience;

• 4 years of experience creating executive level dashboards, analytics, and reports using advanced visualization tools;

• 4 years of MicroStrategy experience;

• 4 years of Python experience; and

• 4 years of experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL server, or Teradata.
