Morgan Stanley People Analytics – Employee Voice Analyst in Budapest, Hungary

The Employee Voice Operations Analyst will join the Analytics Advisors team and will support the technical governance and operations of data collected via Employee Voice initiatives (e.g. engagement and pulse surveys) and the digital platforms that enable these efforts (e.g., survey tools, results dashboards).

You will:

  • Maintain existing employee listening platforms (e.g. Qualtrics) and results dashboards regarding entitlements and revocations, technology risk assessments, workflows, general upkeep, etc.
  • Partner with internal data teams to migrate and maintain existing and future employee listening data into internal databases/lakes
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams to maintain technical governance and operations of existing and future survey platforms

You have:

  • At least BSc degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant data collection experience utilizing employee or customer engagement platforms / survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Microsoft Viva Glint, SAP Employee Central)
  • Experience handling large structured and unstructured datasets containing Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Experience building, designing, or using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Business Objects)
  • An analytic mindset: high attention to detail, even in high-pressure, fast-paced sprints
  • A collaborative nature and team-orientation
  • A confident communicator (strong written and verbal English); a self-starter

You may have:

  • Prior experience in an employee engagement survey operations/administrative role using Qualtrics or similar survey tool
  • Certification as a Qualtrics XM or EX Professional
  • Experience with migrating or maintaining data within internal databases/lakes
  • Familiarity with global laws and regulations regarding employee data (e.g. GDPR, California Privacy Act)
