Radiometer is embarking on a strategic initiative to digitalize our supply chain and manufacturing operations in the coming years, which among others includes transitioning to a new ERP platform (D365FO), implementing new Planning and MES systems.

To be a key contributor to this strategy, we're seeking a Business Analyst, Operation Digitalization. To analyze and design solution that optimize the processes within Manufacturing and Supply Chain across system application.

This position is part of the Global Operations Digital Excellence (GODE) program, located in Brønshøj and working in a hybrid setting but primarily onsite. You'll report to the Senior Manager of IT Operation Digitalization, who is responsible for the IT part of the GODE program.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • to work with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to define business requirements and develop technology solutions that meet the organization's supply chain and manufacturing needs.

  • to design and implement technology solutions that improve supply chain and manufacturing processes, increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business value.

  • to gain experience in emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, and explore how these technologies can be applied to supply chain and manufacturing operations.

  • to work with data scientists and other professionals to develop and implement digital solutions that optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes and drive business value.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations, including supply chain management, production planning, manufacturing, and logistics.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and design and develop solutions that align with the organization's operational goals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of operational issues and develop effective digital solutions.

  • Experience in integrating the ERP system with other enterprise systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS) and Planning systems.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as FDA, ISO, or GDPR, and experience in ensuring compliance with these regulations and standards within the operations function.

  • Experience working with AX and or Microsoft dynamics D365.
