T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Senior Project Managers, Technical in Bellevue, WA to deliver and implement large or complex new systems, projects, processes, and/or programs that improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations, and enhance network and service to the business and customers. Assemble key players on the project team and facilitate internal and external working relationships across the enterprise to foster the development of cross functional teamwork. Play a support role with technical solutions ensuring all groups' responsibilities are included. Host regular project team meetings and provide written meeting follow-ups, ensuring progress toward project goals, including project reviews with stakeholders as necessary to perform ongoing assessments on the progress of projects. Delegate project responsibilities and task interfaces, direct, motivate, and manage the project work and resources involved with the project. Question ambiguous responsibilities and manage conflicts to an early resolution and escalate any unresolved issues. Ensure timely activity, integration, and productivity of technical support and administer efficient use of resources to meet requirements with clear identification of task completion. Facilitate the creation of the project charter, examine project-related technical documentation to ensure they are complete and up-to-date, and ensure availability and distribution to all project team members. Ensure required document review and approval are obtained according to company standards and processes. Facilitate the creation of work breakdown structures, develop and update project schedules and plans with actual and forecasted deliverables, and manage deviations from the plan. Monitor actual project progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule. Distribute schedules in various formats and levels of detail to suit different users and audiences. Produce detailed reports and notifications and communicate project status to respective stakeholders and project sponsors. Identify Risks in projects and use proven PM techniques to assess and mitigate. Facilitate project risk reviews and mitigation. Upon project completion, close all project documentation and archive actual appropriate records and achievements for estimating future similar projects. Provide recommendations of lessons learned for improvements in process and procedure both within the PM structure as well as across groups. Coordinate practical details of the transfer of the care, custody, and control of the final product including assembly and transfer of operational and maintenance documentation. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field, or its foreign equivalent, and 5 years of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field, or its foreign equivalent, and 7 years of relevant work experience. In addition, the following skills are required: (1) Utilizing waterfall, agile, MS Project, and/or Scrum/Six Sigma project management methodologies to implement large mobile network technical projects and ensure adherence to operational processes and procedures such as Release Planning Process; (2) Working with telco and mobile networks, technologies, services, equipment, processes, and procedures including Transport, Circuit and Packet Cores, IP Infrastructure, Messaging, and value-added services to effectively lead and manage technical projects and programs and their integration with each other and the rest of the network; (3) Prioritizing and leading issue resolution in partnership with stakeholders utilizing MS Suite and PowerBI; (4) Creating PowerPoint presentations with graphics, animation, and pictures to communicate status to leadership; and (5) Utilizing established Project Management standards, policies, and templates inc
