Job Description

Responsibility

  • Collect and register information by scanning tender notifications and assisting the sales team in identifying business opportunities.

  • Track tender results regularly, ensuring all key information is acquired and recorded in the CRM system.

  • Aid in tender registration and facilitate certifications efficiently to enable timely bid responses.

  • Prepare all tender submissions in accordance with request for tender guidelines, work with the sales to compile To Do List.

  • Reading and interpret terms and conditions and based on the legal flag the terms and assemble answers from collaborators.

  • Collaborating closely with relevant departments. Ensure responses are delivered in line with tender timelines and communicate progress to all team members.

  • Identify obstacles that may affect contract achievements and take appropriate actions.

  • Coordinate and ensure compliance throughout the tender process, collaborating closely with relevant departments.

  • Accurately understand the content of due diligence and trade compliance information to assist in the smooth progress of bidding projects.

  • Assist in the completion of LOA, customer information management, and other related tasks in the bidding process.

  • Update and maintain tender log files, ensuring all relevant information is filed appropriately.

  • Ensures SOX, Legal and ISO compliance; participates with & coordinates any internal or external audit requests.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience, with knowledge of tender procedures, customer service being conducive.

  • Bachelor's degree from a full-time university is required.

  • Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new concepts and systems.

  • Ability to navigate sophisticated bids and documents and prepare analyses and reports.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build partnerships with internal collaborators and external customers.

  • Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to prioritize tasks based on key result areas.

  • Highly motivated and resourceful individual that constantly seeks new ways to improve how work is done.
